Gullit SBC not updating after submitting Squads

I was completing the Ruud Gullit Icon SBC. I had 18/23 squads completed. I then submitted 2 90-rated squads and collected the rewards for those squads. The SBC is still saying 18/23 squads completed and the players I submitted were removed from my squad. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?? HELP
