I’m trying to recover my old FIFA account, but I’m facing the following issues:

2. I can’t complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) since I can’t reach the old email or phone number.  

I would appreciate your help with:

- Disabling 2FA temporarily so I can regain access.
