High ping and jitter

I have Fc25 on Ps5, I played for 2 days absolutely fine then out of no where I have an unplayable connection, says I have high ping and terrible jitter yet the game runs fine on my xbox it also runs fine for my house mate who uses the WiFi. I have tried multiple LAN cables, I have changed the DNS I have tried to tell EA but they just say we will let you know if we sort the issue...... I've paid £70 for a game I can only play in the offline version. Please help as EA have done nothing in 8days of me asking.
