I'm not entirely sure how long it usually takes them to solve their issues. I guess it also depends on what the problem exactly is. Hopefully they'll fix it soon though.

Hi I am having an issue with fc25 I got the game 2 days ago and when I hot into it it's said parental controls are restricted me from connecting with ea so I checked all my parental controls and allowed all of them but still nothing changed. I went on to fc24 to have a look if it's fc games a whole but fc24 was completely fine ea and everything else is working, s o it's clearly an issue on ps4 fc 25 and ea need to resolve this issue.

Can this be sorted out please ?

Game disconecct me too in champions,plus delay on Warsaw server is speachless,3 sec,game dont register skills,jockey,tackles,players are heavy totaly unresponsive,polish users just jogging trough mine defense and score easy.Ea,what is wrong plus game disconect ne at the and of match,and give me lost.?This opponnents are ps5 cheaters?
