I have been trying to setup my 11 years old son's Playstation (4) account in such way that he can be allowed to play FC25 online.
However, I cannot find a solution to make this happen.
It worked for previous FIFA-versions.
Please help and give feedback/guidance/support, how to?

Well, I have been going through all information I can find in ghe links you privided, and do not find the answers to my question.
As first confirmation, please inform if my 11 year old son can play FC25 online (e.g. Ultimate Team) on a Playstation 4.
Is it possible for a person that is using a Playstation Account setup for an 11 years old person, playing on a Playstation 4, to access the online features in FC25?
Please reply yes or no.
I have have granted him all access I can find, but still not possible to connect online.
He is using my account at the moment to be able to play online, which is something I do not like as I then have no control of his playing

My child can play online Fifa 23 on de PS4. In november i got an email to complete verification to verify the child’s account. I did.
Yesterdag we bought FC25 and playing online is impossible.
He can play Fortnite, but not football online???!! It's so frustrating....
I have the same issue. Please can someone help.. we pay all this money for games and then you have to spend hours on trying to get it set up..
Please EA and Sony… make the process EASIER !!!!!
As parents we want it to be easy not take hours and hours to do something so simple.. especially given the amounts of money gaming companies make… make your apps and functions better for parents to manage.
I agree, same frustration. Also tried to setup a new user as an older child to remove restrictions and fool the software and now sony and ea have access to my child’s game play and stats… unacceptable.
I don’t like this. Can you and Sony figure this out now? Create a new user to allow a child to play the game they just got for Christmas? WTF… make it easy and fix the bug and don’t shunt people to your horrible faqs and help pages… it ain’t rocket science…
Same issue here this is incredibly frustrating. How can I make this work when there are no other online issues for my 13 year old?
