Hey @SCOUSER_DZ_99,

If your EA accunt's been hacked, then there's a link in this article that lets you reach out to live support. It gives me the option to start a chat, it should do the same for you too.

unfortunately, i am not getting the option CHAT WITH US , check screenshot, that's what I'm getting

    @EA_QueenBee i just tried a different browser and i got the chat with us option.. but the wait time is not normal, at first it was 2mins then went up to 3mins then 4mins and now wait time is 5mins ,, i didn't refresh page at all it just changed on its own
