I’ve had all my player careers and my pro clubs deleted

I had 3 manager career, 4 player career saves and my pro clubs character deleted for no reason. They’re all gone and when i try to create a new pro clubs character it tells me my changes couldn’t be saved. Any time i try to play the game im told my personal settings couldn’t be saved and that my profile needed to be activated.
