@canunsan22 didn't fix the issue again. It sucks cause I paid full price for the game on 18th of September and still can't play it and can't receive any help or solutions. I have tried literally everything, lost all my progress in other games because I even went back to factory settings.

Try clearing your locally saved games with these steps:
- Hit the Xbox Guide button and to the Settings
- Go to System > Storage Devices
- Choose Clear local saved games
Your system should restart. Let me know if that helps or not.

Hello, everyone. For those of you that purchased the Ultimate Edition and are still only able to play the trial, please contact an advisor so they can investigate this. They will need to check to make sure your account should have access to the Ultimate Edition for early access. Instructions for opening cases can be found here.
