I can’t download the fc25 trial on EA PLAY

Hi, I recently brought ea play to try FC25. Before this I tried the FC showcase demo and I wanted to try the 10hr trial and I brought the ea play subscription. When I tried to download it something went wrong with the error code CE-112987-8. The showcase seems to have taken place of the actual game even when I delete and redownload the game. I tried restoring license nothing worked and I tried download from ps app it would say something went wrong, try again. Every time. It would also say you own another edition which I think is the showcase.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Cannot download trial

What happens when the bug occurs? My issue is I cannot download or play the trial

What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the 10 hour trial
