Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again

EA_Aljo I did all of these but it didn't work. I'm having trouble because it keeps kicking me out of the game. Please help.

I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

Thank you. It looks like you're on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

I also tried with a cable but I get the same result. In other words, the game is still kicked. Also, the router is too far away.

Did you move your console close enough to use a wire? You mention the router being too far away for that so I just want to confirm you were able to switch to a wire.

I can only connect wirelessly.
