No worries! Let's start with power cycling your network equipment and console with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

Are you playing on a console also? If so, try those power cycling instructions I mentioned.

It still won’t work when I have done that

As a test, switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Then, hard restart your console and try again.

I have reset it nothing new has happened, I think it’s something to do with my ea account or just ultimate team can u please check?
