I cant claim my premium pass rewards

I allready did multiple times and i didn’t get my rewards from level 38/39.  

Hey there. Please make sure to log out and sign back into your account in case of any similar issues. Restarting your console/PC may also help synchronize your account.  

Same issue here, weren't able to claim lvl 32 and lvl 39 rewards neither regular one nor premium. Contacted EA support, they said yes we see that, we are sorry about but can't do anything about it.

Same problem over here. I just claimed level 38/39 en didn’t get any rewards. At level 40 i didn’t have the problem.
