i cant claim my rewards and whenever i open the companion app i get deranked

first i cant claim my squad battles rewards and sometimes when i claim them they just disappear and i never get the rewards and second whenever i play squad battles on PlayStation it shows im rank top 200 but whenever i open the companion app it shows im rank bronze 3 does anyone know the solution?
