I can't load my previous career mode and settings

Hi! I've been through the same thing! Around 8.30 PM......It keeps crashing me to the xbox main menu as soon as I try to load it! It's annoying I started a week ago I'm over a season but it means a lot to me emotionally! They got promoted from the English third division to the championship with Northampton, a team that is considered a middle-level team in the league there, it would be my first match if I could get into it.....😭😠
