Whenever i try to log into the web app it says that the servers are unavailable

Im trying to login and it keep returning message like the screeshot here. LOGIN UNAVAILABLE... Whats happening? I tryed at another browsers and cellphone. Help me please

Before any EA Employees comment the same article to restart your system/wifi,
I also have this login unavailable and have NEVER been able to log in.
I have tried using a mobile app with and WITHOUT wifi.
I have tried using a PC for webapp and still nothing
So EA Employee, its not my wifi, or my devices so what could it be?

your a real one for calling ea out on this one ive had this probelm for the past 24 hours on web app and comanion app and they havent helped one bit apart from they sent me circles on the support chat ive got more hours on support chat then the actaully game 3 hours btw
