I can't make my companion app work

I can't get my ultimate team on my phone. My companion app just says that I don't have an account under my email, but I do. HELP!! (sorry for all the bad English)

Hey KurkiFootBaller​ Errors like this usually happen when players use the wrong email address on the web or companion app. If you play on a console, you can check your email address. Follow the steps from this article on our website. Find your EA Account email address
