i cant open my pack

Same for me, Please help

I opened a Jumbo Gold package, inside it were players and among other things there was also a regular Gold package as a gift, when I try to open it it writes the pop-up message.

Right now I'm really stuck, I also tried through the PlayStation 5, I can't open any package or anything.

I'm the same. When you open the rental player pack included in the opened pack, a server connection error occurs. Even if I reinstall the game, it doesn't work
