I cant open my packs on FC 25 web app

What did you do to fix it

I can’t open the packs on fc 25 Webb app because it tells me “failed to load storage” and I was wondering if their was a fix

Are you experiencing this problem when you open multiple packs one after another? 

When I go to open packs the screen just freezes

To do anything I have to turn the console off, 

I can't open packs as well, its saying failed to load store categories
