I can't see myself on friends leaderboard.

Hello, as title says, I cannot see myself on the friends leaderboard. 
My friends also say that they cannot see me on the leaderboard.

In this picture that I have attached [censored friend nicknames for privacy reasons] I can see all of my friends on the leaderboards. 

Additionally, it seems that the game can't show the "best squad" number that my other friends also have when comparing clubs.
Is there a way to fix this?
It may be a minor thing, but I like to keep track of such statistics and compare them against friends, and if it's literally not working then I cannot do that.
