I can't unlink my psn acc from ea

I've tried talking with people at ea I've done everything they told me to do but it just doesn't show up with the unlink button idk if it's because I have 2 psn acc connected of something but I really want to unlink cos im sharing with my brother if anyone has the same issue please up post this or whatever cos I've been told if it gets enough publicity they'll acc do something.
