I completed the objective to unlock ibarbo but he never got into my club

I completed the objective on Saturday and as ea says it can take 24 hours for an item to appear, I waited over a day to see if I got it it. I've been on 2 chats with ea help. First guy said the system is down. The second guy looked and says he can see i completed the objective but can't see a transaction with the card so couldn't help me out.

Is there anything I can do? Without ibarbo I'm locked out of all the objectives and evos that are related
