I didn’t get my points

Yesterday day i bought the 2800 pint bundle and two 100 points bundles on my ps5 but I didn’t get the points i play the game on another account than the one i bought the game on since i had credit in the other account saw a post saying that i won’t get my points since I don’t have the game on the account i bought them on what to do did my 27 dollars just go to waste ? I attached the receipt of my 2800 points purchase and my game purchase on my other account what can i do do i need to buy the game on this account or did my points go to waste can i get a refund?
