I don't have access to the season pass on FC25 on ps5

I've done this several times now over the past 6 weeks and they say they're working on it but nothing changes, whilst they update the game with new features whilst some players don't even have access to core parts of the game and are missing out on loads of content. Shocking from the developers. I'm sick to death of EA and how they treat their users. This is the last of their games I will be wasting my money on.
