I don't understand your reason why im banned for 1 year it must be a mistake please contact me to help sort this its annoying me
Nintendo switch issue can't login or play ultimate-team because of ban expires 2026 thats way to long for a ban please help

Sorry to hear that you don't know why you've been banned for 1 year.
If you think that you didn't do anything and it's a sanction from EA, you can dispute this sanction following this link.
This is not something we can investigate on the forums since we are on a Players Helping Players platform.
