I have bought FC points on the Steam store, but I have not received them in-game

I have had issues with the in-game store, so I decided to purchase the FC points on the Steam store, and since then, I have not received the points in the game.

Hello LZP902,

please make sure you didn't purchase FC 24 Points instead. Otherwise, please wait 24 hours in case the points arrive and contact EA Support after, if they haven't.

    It's an FC25 point and I have checked, and they are correctly purchased

      In that case, please wait until 24 hours have passed after the purchase, as the points might simply take some time to turn up in your account. Otherwise, contact Support after.
