I have completed the UT Foundations, but still cannot enter the transfer market.The description of the UT Foundations is "Get started and jump into the different areas in Ultimate Team to ean Transfer Market Access! All rewards are Untradeable.but still cannot enter the transfer market".This means that once I achieve my objective, I will be able to obtain the right to use the transfer market in the game(not web or compaion).But a week has passed and I still can't use the transfer market in the game.This is 100% a bug.I asked many customer service representatives, but they couldn't really solve the problem.I request technical assistance.This bug greatly affects my gaming experience.I am a fairly skilled player who plays many matches a week. I have 150000 gold coins and I need to enter the transfer market to improve my lineup.I have asked many new players, and they can use the transfer market in the game after completing that UT Foundation.This is obviously unfair to me, who spent the same amount of money on buying games.I also investigated and found out that there are restrictions on their use of the transfer market, but I am unable to use it, which is obviously unreasonable.

dear barry，Please take a look at the title of your article.The whole article is about unlocking the transfer market on web or compaion.My situation is 100% a bug.I'll tell you how this bug happened.I have completed all UT Foundation except for "2 sbc" in Game Client.Finally, I went to the web  to complete these two SBCs.I completed the entire UT Foundation and received the reward on the web.However, the data I completed the UT Foundation on the web was not transmitted to the game client.So the bug just happened like this.If you haven't played the game or don't understand what I'm saying.So please help me contact the technical personnel.Please believe me that this is indeed a bug.The articles you posted are all about the opening transfer market on web or compaion.My current demand is only to open the transfer market of the game client not web or compaion

Hey Antony did your issue get fixed? I am having the same issue too and it has been a week. I have tried posting on here, contacting the customer service multiple times but nothing is fixed. 

I have already try my best.But nothing change.I have already given up on this game.I have been heartbroken.I have posted many posts.I have contacted the eahelp many times.But the staff don't understand this game and can't comprehend that it's a bug.I advise you to give up this garbage game or Change account.if you want to know more about this bug ，you can dm my X@CodeKeter63203
