I opened a pack and got gold reiten instead of her toty version.

I just packed gold Reiten ind sbc pack, when she is out in packs as TOTY.

How is this possible and is the game able to detect what pack I Got her in, same as compensation?

I have the same problem but with Rodrygo in a player pick have they helped you yet
