Subject: Constant DirectX Error in FC 25 (Intel Iris Xe Graphics)

Hello EA Support,

I always get this error while playing FC 25:
"DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG"

My GPU is an Intel Iris Xe Graphics, and I have already installed the latest drivers.
This issue happens every time I play FC 25 (Player Career).

I’ve also tried other basic fixes like verifying game files and checking for Windows updates, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me identify what’s causing this, or suggest any further steps?
