9/30 EA FC 25...unable to connect. PS5 is hardwired to internet and I show to be signed in to Playstation Network. Getting the "In order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to PlayStation Network an you must be signed in to the EA servers" message. Verified multiple times that my internet is working and that I'm signed in to PlayStation Network. So I can't even begin to play the game because I can't even download the newest roster updates.
I know that this issue is supposedly resolved, but I have been unable to connect to the server since purchasing the game today. Weird, because EA Sports FC 24 connects just fine. Is this an issue others are experiencing? It's very frustrating.

I’ve tried to restart my console, the router, to reconnect the lan cable, but still not working.

- @EA_Barry We purchased FC 25 Ultimate edition. We were able to play Ultimate Team online until 2 days ago. Now we cannot connect to the servers. Given that we purchased the game, do we need Game Pass or EA Play to be able to connect to the servers and play ultimate team?
I need urgent help from any official EA assistant...
After 2 weeks of not being able to play due to the gamepad bug (already fixed), now i have an "error conntecting to Ultimate football teams servers".I cant play rivals and i cant even change my squad because the changes will fail and the squad will reset as before due to this error, explicited in my print.
Please someone help quick...
Its too bad to be true that a Top Leval producer of a Tier 1 game, gets the product out so buggy....I already had my refund denied but in the future its very likely i wont buy FC again.... too bad
- @carlosafonsopt i forgot to mention that i already deleted the EA app cache as a probable solution but it didnt solved the problem.
