Community ManagerHey there, when it comes to account bans, these cases are handled exclusively by the Terms of Service team. They are the only ones with the tools and authority to investigate and make decisions regarding bans and appeals.
While I know this may not be the answer you were hoping for, I strongly encourage you to continue working with the ToS team as they’re best positioned to review your case thoroughly.
I’m already doing that. In the last email, someone named Nick helped me and told me to write here or use EA Help. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to communicate directly with EA.
