Dear EA,
I play in two different places I travel between, and I have two consoles (PS5 and PS4). On the PS4 the game is basically unplayable, because apart from slow menu, the game's response to the controller buttons is also slow. Movements take too long and players stop instead of sprinting. Skills like ball roll cannot be used because the game usually doesn't even register them. These problems are in all Ultimate team modes, including Squat battles!
On PS5 the game is significantly more playable, but the controller input lag is there too. I only play Ultimate team and most of the time it's a terrible experience because players respond very late (if at all) to controller commands. Sometimes there are periods where this delay is not there at all, but that is rare. So I can compare good and bad gameplay. I play FUT Champions regularly and achieve 7-9 wins depending on how the game responds, so I'm not a completely weak player and can tell the difference. The biggest frustration then is when you see that the opponent doesn't have this problem and my million cards feel like silver.
PS5, 1000/1000 MBit fiber connection, cable-modem-cable-router-cable-PS5-cable-controler (I have 3 pieces, one currently new). I'm sending a picture of my Connection Score and a picture of a test connection to a random Frankfurt server.
PS4, DSL 100/100 Mbit, cable-Modem/router-cable-PS4-cable-controller (I have 3 pieces)
What should I do to make the game work as it should, ideally on both consoles, or what will you guys do about it so that gamers like me, of which the forums are full, have a fair game?
