In Game Play

I seem to have a glitch when playing this game in Manager Mode, not tried any others. When running with the ball the players flick the ball up in the air for no reason at all, or as you go to shoot they do the same thing. Also unable to use the R2 button for in game substitutions. Tried deleting and re-installing and have also changed the game for a new one but still dies the same. Very frustrating as can't play the fame properly. Any suggestions on a fix? Thanks
