Incomplete game after downloading with reedem code on PS5 store

Hi. I accessed fc25 on the PS5 store, and downloaded it using a reedem code. I open the game and I have only 3 options. Settings, learn to play and upgrade. I press upgrade, it says error. I reinstalled the game, restarted the console, tried to enter the code again but it's saying it's used (obviously by me earlier).

It seems like it's a strange other product. When I enter the store, I still see the price for the fc25 on a separate page, meaning that it's not downloaded?
