got inconsistent and high ping despite having troubleshoot my router and settings check at my internet provider and everything. so what is your solution ?

Community ManagerWe'll keep monitoring for issues on our end. At the moment, we're not aware of any. There are some connection troubleshooting suggestions in the article here. Make sure you try using alternate DNS settings. Those instructions are in that article.
Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. This issue is coming from your ISP or equipment according to the test you ran earlier.
I dont think so when my players get stuck and cant move anymore and there is input leg
why do I get than same latency when I play Ethernet or Wi-Fi and ping jumping up and down from 50ms to 500ms
Brother its not your or the ISPs proble, even EAs fancy connection reports says you have great connection. The issue comes from withing their own servers and mainframe because it cant handle the load of all the players playing the game at the same time.
