Incredible latency in my game

I have A+ result on bufferbloat test, and my ping is 39-40 when Im playing in ea fc 25 , but it makes me feel like my ping is 80-100 , There is an incredible latency so I cant react in any situation in attack or defense. If is there solution for me please help me about this, or please fix this.. or I cant play this game anymore like this.
