Is anyone else experiencing these bugs in Career mode? Why doesn't EA fix it?

This is the worst EA football series I've ever played in my life. 

1. I can't transfer any footballer whose transfer offer I accepted in career mode. I get a transfer failed mail.
2. I buy a player, I get a notification to talk to the player. I click, there is no player to talk to!
3. I get an e-mail from players who have never played in the first 11: thank you for playing me! How can a player I have never played send such an e-mail?
4. A circle appears on the ground in the middle of the match and stays there until the end of the match!
