Issue with claiming a pack

I’ve got a bronze pack that cannot be claimed. This wouldn’t usually be an issue to me but it won’t let me open any more packs I’ve earned as it says ‘you have items to manage before you can move forward’. However, it says theres an issue with the server every-time I try and claim said items (the bronze pack). Can anyone help?
