Issues with Ultimate Team Mode Freezing

I am experiencing an issue with the Ultimate Team mode in FIFA. Whenever I try to access it, the game freezes and doesn’t work. The rest of the game modes are working perfectly; the problem is specific to Ultimate Team.

I have followed the troubleshooting steps, including deleting all files except for Online Pro, but the issue persists.

Additionally, I recently purchased FIFA Points to use in Ultimate Team, but I cannot access or utilize them due to this issue. This has been a frustrating experience, and I expected better service after spending money on the game and FIFA Points.
