Just won a game but didn’t count

Hello, I just won a Champions(WL) game by him quitting, but I didn’t get the win, I really want someone to help me get that because in champs, every game is worth it.

 Another issue: a lot of time in rivals, the server says that I got a player to play against but when I choose my kit and continuing, the player never joins despite me starting a game in the beginning and went to the kit part but I wait for the player to continue as well and join the game but it ends with me going back after 15-20 seconds or him ”leaving” the kit part every time, surely a bot thing and it happens A LOT OF TIME, once it went like 20 ”servers” in a row that just repeated the issue: me joining and waiting then me or the bot leaving because nothing happens.

A third issue is that the game often freeze, like why??please help me with these three issues thank you
