Keyboard issue

Hi, I’m having an issue with EA FC 25 where my keyboard works fine in Kick Off and offline modes, but in Ultimate Team and Seasons online, some keys like Shoot, Lob, and Through Ball don’t work correctly. I believe this started happening after I connected a controller once while playing Kick Off. Even after disconnecting the controller and reinstalling the game, the problem persists. I can’t reset the controls manually as there is not settings folders in my documents. I’m looking for guidance on how to completely reset or force the game to use my custom settings for my keyboard for online modes. Just as a side note before connecting my controller i still has an issue where two of my controls lob and shoot were reversed so i reversed them in controls and it worked fine so it might not be a controller issue that i connected and disconnected it maybe. PLS HELP
