L1 SWITCHING WRONGLY
The L1 Switching in this game can be quite annoying it justs throws away all logic and switches to defenders not in position to defend against a particular attack or player

Happens to me all the time because of the input delay, either that or the DDA because sometimes it doesn’t let me change player and then my centre backs open up for a striker on the opposition team to stroll right through. Games horrid
i hate that most just unnecessarily taking players out of position especially defenders
yeah its since last patch like that but they dont care anyways about this game anymore so many broken bugs nothing gonna be fixed
I have found during periods of particularly bad gameplay that L1 switch will seem switch you to a player who would be the appropriate switch for a movement or play that takes place a few seconds later.
E.g. the attack is coming through the centre of the midfield and you press L1 which switches you not to a CM or CDM who are in the positions you want to jockey and defend from, but to the RB. Then a second or so later, the other player plays a long ball out to their LW, so your RB would be the right choice...but for something you haven't seen on your screen yet. It's weird. It's like the server is already processing a queued pass that you haven’t seen yet and the mechanic is based on that, not what you can see.
