Load up is blurry/ zoomed in. Only blank screen

So i load the game on PC.

i get audio but blurry or zoomed in visuals. I press any key to go forward and it shows a normal loading screen then back to being bugged out.

ive tried repairing the files but nothing changes.

any help please

Hey Wedges0fficial Have you already tried to delete your settings in the game? Just delete the Personal Settings 1 profile after launching the game and see if it helps.
