Loan pack glitch
I have an issue with a loan pack whenever i try to redeem it an error message pops up and kicks me out of the game i tried to redeem on both console and companion however the same message keeps popping up

I have the same issue i have tried everything even deleted the game then re downloaded it
Did it work after deleting the game ?
