Been like this almost a week. Ps5. Reinstalled game. Rebooted internet. Phoned ISP (Youfibre) who cannot detect a problem at their end. What does work is 5G through phone hotspot.

Since you're able to connect through a hotspot, that means the issue is either with your ISP or home network. Something is blocking your access to Ultimate Team. It would be best to contact your ISP again. Also, make sure your modem/router have the latest firmware.

This is same as me it’s on there end not yours mine had been like this a week and it’s getting really annoying pointless even trying anymore with this company don’t ever get a straight forward answer from them
