Losing all progress in Champions finals

I played 15 games in Champions Finals last Friday (14-03) and qualified AGAIN for finals on the same day. I played maybe 3 games when the game froze (I think it was after opening a pack). I had to go to task manager to force quit the FC25 application because the game remained unresponsive after waiting for 30+ seconds. 

When I logged back into the game, all my progress in the second run of the Finals was gone. I had to requalify again (3rd time this weekend). I see that I have 16 'Memory Lane Champions Entries' remaining, when it should be 17. Because you get 18 entries per season, if I am not mistaken. 

Can you please look into this? Thanks in advance!
