Lost everything in my settings file

I was importing a squad file into my settings file,and after launching the game with live editor or fifa mod manager, for career mode only,because I wanted to edit prime Ronaldo and Messi in and play with prime 2008 barca vs prime 2018 Madrid,and then when I launched the game,it told me to create a new personal file,so I went back to check if my files were there and it was wiped,any way to retrieve it because I had a few career mode saves I was working on. And live editor and mod manager is not ban able if playing offline modes right? If it is I will stop using it. The squad file was 444k kb if that has something to do,it’s too large to attach though I could send the link which I downloaded it through
