Lost my PL guaranteed back of the weekly objective

Yesterday i finished the weekly objective week two and get my guaranteed PL TOTS back in my backs but i didn’t open it, then when i get to open today i logged in through my companion app then my console and i didn’t found it as i didn’t get it .it disappeared
