Game keeps crashing after simulating game - Manager Mode EA FC 25

Everytime (or most times) I simulate a manager mode game, on FC 25 PS5, the whole game crashes. Ive sent the report along with the video and have been doing that since months. Still, after playing it today it still has the same issue. Tried deleting the game and reinstalling it, same issue occurred. Only happens when you simulate a game, not quick sim, regular sim. Cant even enjoy manager mode after spending all this money on the game and now its even late game? Where is all the money EA has and developing going honestly?
