Manager mode lost all saved games

Hi, appreciate there might not be many ppl playing manager mode but its my main mode.

Been playing for quite a while now n ps5 and was about 10 seasons in.. eg Yamal is 29/30

Logged in today and it was like I've never played before,  was asked to pick my fave team etc.

Went to manager mode tried to load game only to see no saved games. Cloud and console are synced and tried deleting and downloading game. Still no joy.

Anyone got any suggestions,  don't want to start again and absolutely fuming
