Manager rating droping to critical

Since the last update my manger rating drops to critical right away. I have just taken on Weat Ham in live start points sim to the first game and my rating dropped to critical and my contract was terminated didn't even sim/or play 1 match. What's going on, Live start points glitches and only let's me pick city or Liverpool (never happening) unless I go into normal career mode come out and go back to live start points. Wish they would leave this game alone
